This warranty is void if in the opinion of the manufacturer the defect was caused by misuse, abuse, accident or improper installation. All units are for indoor use only in a dry location. As a result of this warranty, the manufacturer is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses whatsoever, including those incurred during installation, repair or replacement as well as insidentla or consequental damages. |
